Josh Branscum

Josh Branscum was born and raised in Russell Springs, known as the gateway to Lake Cumberland. Josh is the executive vice president of Branscum Construction Company, Inc. and he has overseen new construction across the Commonwealth. Today, Josh is running for State Representative of District 83, which represents the communities within Clinton, Cumberland, and Russell Counties, as well as part of Pulaski County.
